Better late than Never

We met our 4 missionaries from the MTC at the Airport about 10:30pm on June 9th. They were originally scheduled to arrive May12th..but were delayed for 4 weeks with Visa problems. We were so happy to see their smiling faces...feel of their energy and excitement;they had finally arrived in our fair city. Elder Callen, Maxfield, and Ditto had been placed in the Provo spanish-speaking mission and Elder Salazar was sent to SLC to serve for their interim period. We were delighted with the twinkle in their eyes and enthusiasm for their assignments. Tuesday morning pictures were taken, processing and training began and by mid-day they were sent to meet their trainers.

It was so fabulous to catch up on the wonderful things going on in Mexico. Those Elders are all so blessed to have you both in their lives. I can't believe a year has gone by! You both look so happy! But how could you not be. The gospel is such a wonderful blessing! I love you both and think of you often.
