New Year's Eve

We stayed up late New Year's Eve and just visited. It was such a fun night to welcome in 2010 with our family. Tina surprised us with party favors for this special night. At one point I stood on the balcony with the kids and blew my horn as loud as I possibly could so all could hear. We even climbed up on the roof and watched the fireworks........ We have a lot of mixed emotions about this year. At one point in the mission...I thought it would never arrive...and yet here we are. We will really hate to have this mission experience come to an end...but you know what they say, all good things must...so we look forward in faith that we will be able to finish our assignment here with gusto...and move forward trusting that we will find our place in the world when we return home.

SO glad the family got to come visit. I can't believe you are on the home stretch of your mission. Ryan's brothers will be done in the end of May. We can't wait for you to come visit in Utah- we hope to see you and hear lots of fun stories and experiences.
